Smart Sheep Creator - Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Smart Sheep Creator ("App") is a companion application for teachers and adult educators who configure classes and levels for the Smart Sheep kids learning game. The App is provided by Infosha Game Labs LLC ("Infosha Game Labs", "we", "us", "our"), a company based in California, United States.

This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Smart Sheep Creator App. It applies only to Smart Sheep Creator (the teacher/creator app for adults) and not to the Smart Sheep kids app, which has its own separate privacy policy.

2. Who This App Is For

Smart Sheep Creator is intended for adult users such as teachers, tutors, and parents who manage learning content. It is not designed for direct use by children. Children access learning content through the separate Smart Sheep kids app.

The App does not collect student names, student accounts, or other student personal information.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Account Information

When you create an account in Smart Sheep Creator, we collect:

• Name (for display in your account and communications)
• Email address (used as your login identifier and for account-related contact)
• Password (stored in a protected form and not visible in plain text)

3.2 Teacher-Created Content

Within the App you can create and manage:

• Classes (for example, class names or groups)
• Levels and other learning configurations (for example, decks and difficulty settings)

This data is stored on our servers so that:

• You can access and manage your classes and levels from your device.
• The Smart Sheep kids app can use the classes and levels you configure.

We do not require or store student lists, student names, or other student personal information in Smart Sheep Creator.

3.3 Technical and Log Information

When you use the App, our systems may automatically collect limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as:

• IP address and basic device information (for example, device type, operating system version)
• App version and basic usage events (for example, login, save class, save level)
• Dates and times of requests to our servers

We do not use this information for advertising or profiling across other apps or services.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

Smart Sheep Creator is designed to operate with minimal data. In particular, we do not:

• Collect student names, email addresses, or other student identifiers.
• Collect school or organization name as a required field.
• Collect or use advertising identifiers for tracking.
• Collect precise location (GPS) data.
• Access your contacts, calendar, photos, microphone, or device camera.
• Use third-party analytics SDKs (no Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or similar).
• Show third-party ads or use third-party ad networks in the App.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Account management: To create and maintain your account, authenticate you when you sign in, and let you manage your classes and levels.
• Service functionality: To store and retrieve your class and level configurations so they can be used in the Smart Sheep kids app.
• Support and communication: To respond to your requests, send important notices about the App, and communicate about changes to our services or policies.
• Security and integrity: To protect the App and our servers from abuse, troubleshoot issues, and maintain reliability.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

If the App offers paid subscriptions or purchases, they are processed through Google Play Billing.

In this context:

• We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
• Google may provide us with non-sensitive purchase information (for example, subscription status or purchase tokens) so we can activate and validate your access.
• Your use of Google Play is also governed by Google's own terms and policies.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in limited cases:

• Service providers: We may use third-party service providers (for example, hosting providers) to operate our servers and store data on our behalf. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us and are expected to protect it appropriately.

We retain your account information and teacher-created content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

If you request deletion of your account (see Section 10), we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records for a longer period (for example, basic transactional records for accounting or fraud prevention).

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect the information we store from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. These measures are designed to be appropriate to the type of information we process.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Choices and Rights

As an adult user of Smart Sheep Creator, you have certain choices regarding your information:

• Access and update: You can view and update your account information (such as your name and email) within the App where available.
• Account deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us at the email below. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.
• Communications: We may send you essential service-related emails (for example, password reset messages or important notices). You may opt out of non-essential communications where applicable.

11. Children's Privacy

Smart Sheep Creator is intended for adult educators and is not designed for direct use by children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this App. The Smart Sheep kids app, which students use, is governed by a separate privacy policy tailored to children's privacy requirements.

If you believe that we have inadvertently collected personal information about a child through Smart Sheep Creator, please contact us using the information below so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

12. International Users

Infosha Game Labs LLC is based in the United States, and the main systems used to provide the App are located in the United States or other countries. By using the App, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

If we make material changes that significantly affect how we use or share your personal information, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by posting a notice in the App or sending an email, where appropriate.
