These Terms of Use and License Agreement (the “Terms”) govern your use of the SmartSheep application and related services (the “App”). The App is provided by Infosha Game Labs LLC (“Infosha,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
SmartSheep is intended for use by children under 13 under the guidance of a parent, legal guardian, teacher, or school. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, a parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms on behalf of the child. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

SmartSheep is provided for educational and learning support purposes only. Learning outcomes vary by individual. We do not guarantee academic performance, test scores, memorization improvement, or any specific result.
SmartSheep does not require children to create accounts or provide personal information in order to use the App. Some content may be accessed using class codes provided by a parent, teacher, or school.
The App is licensed, not sold. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Infosha grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on supported devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

The App, including all software, content, text, graphics, gameplay, designs, logos, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by Infosha or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the App. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the App itself at any time, for any reason, without liability, to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to use the App in a safe and responsible manner, and to supervise a child’s use as appropriate. You will not use the App to engage in unlawful conduct or to harm others.
The App may be downloaded through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of those platforms may be subject to their separate terms and policies.
This Agreement is between you and Infosha Game Labs, not Apple Inc. or Google. Apple and Google have no responsibility for the App or its content except as required under applicable law or platform terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Infosha disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infosha will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if Infosha has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infosha’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).
These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies from your devices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply.
